Put a cork in it!

One of the ladies I met was told by another pilgrim that if she carried a cork from a wine bottle in her pocket she wouldn’t get blisters. So as we settle down to siesta(sounds prettier than nap) the man in the bunk on the other side of the room starts snoring. LOUDLY! Yes, caps are appropriate as to express how noisy he was. We tried making some noise to disturb the snoring. Nothing seemed to work. He only got louder. One of the girls joked about recording his snores and resting it by his ear. Well it brought to mind what to do with the cork. 😉
Yes, I think he was the only one of about 16 people to sleep at all last night.

Words can’t describe how happy and excited and proud I am of each step that you take.I hope you are journaling as you go as well. I can imagine how intriquing, hard, exciting, and fascinating your journey is as moment by moment you truly take each step of faith. I love you.

No, I am not really journaling. Every ounce counts in my pack so I bypassed carrying a journal. mostly just updating this site as I go. Every once in a while I send myself an email for some of the more personal stuff. That still depends on having enough battery power during the day to take pictures and such as well. I am glad you stopped by. Can´t wait for some margaritas on the return to catch up!! Love you!!
